No WorriesThis book sets out the complete Dharma communication context of the Dharmadatu Buddhist Order.
It is a comprehensive and practical guide to a Secular Western approach to Buddhism, Meditation, Life and Actuality. There are currently three further books "Talking Dharma," "Choosing Dharma," and "Sharing Dharma" also available that explore different topics from within the same context. The profits of this and other books in the series have been assigned to our WA registered charity whose stated aim is to provide a mental health awareness and recovery program that is based on the practical aspects of the Buddha’s teachings, combined with a regular awareness meditation practice. Our charity also supports a secular education and social reform program in a very poor rural village in Bodh Gaya India. Please help us to help others by purchasing a copy and sharing this opportunity with others. It is available from Amazon in paperback or e book format.

Discussion Forums
Framed around the “No Worries” series of books, that include "Talking Dharma," "Choosing Dharma," and "Sharing Dharma,' this very popular program runs throughout the year at each of our centres, as a complimentary class to our awareness meditation sessions.
The discussions aim to communicate the secular aspects of the Buddha’s teachings, letting go of institutionalised religious beliefs, superstitious thinking, and unfamiliar cultural influences. The focus is on how the teachings are relevant today, to 21st century Western lifestyles.
Throughout our interactive discussion groups, participants are encouraged to unpack the Buddha’s teachings in a simple and practical way that makes sense to their own individual lives, so they can effect helpful changes that will alleviate or eradicate the worrying aspects of the mind.
The group discussions, in effect, become a shared learning experience in which the primary objective is not based in belief, but aims to test and challenge, to establish what works for you, as an individual, to arrive at contentment and peace of mind. Combined with a regular awareness meditation practice, many people find these forums helpful in that respect.
